This health blog natural health care to health cure, was doing well till June 2010 when due to some technical problem (hacking attempt) its data was corrupted and a number of posts were lost.

Some of those posts were some how recovered from a backup and thus the site was up again, but a number of posts were neither backed up or had copies of raw draft. So, they were lost forever.

It is really a pain to restart things again, do the same things again from square 1, and needs a lot of energy and encouragement, which is presently not available.

Anyway, I hope to restart things again with some really useful posts on health and how to maintain and retain it. It is really sad to note that most of our health problems today like weight control, illness, hypertension, physical fitness are actually a side effect of our own habits which are not what they are supposed to be, as is pointed in the post physical activities insure physical health.

There are a number of health products which may or may not help in the problem for which they are marketed as a solution but they are sure to give birth to another health problems (and thus open door for another health products). Most articles and magazines are only highlighting pros and cons of products without actually looking at some real natural solution which can be easily adopted by each one of us.

Today one of the most common health issue is lack of physical activities in our day to day life. Our body is a physical object it is designed and meant to perform activities and today we are trying to use our body as tool to enjoy and entertain ourselves or we use it as a machine. Our activities our suppressing body’s natural processes which in turn is giving birth to a number of health problems like over weight, obesity, heart problems etc. We must insure physical activities in our everyday life to maintain physical health.

Now a days most of us are not physically active, a little physical  activities  that we do are either for fun or entertainment or just moving withing our house or office. Time may have changed for our lifestyle which is today supported by a number of helpful aids but our body still works in traditional fashion. All its parts and body organs perform well when they are put to use (if not rigorous use). Today we want to eat well and still unable to use that energy, today we eat more than what we actually need and most of that we eat now a days is junk, useless food.

If we are looking for good physical health we must perform physical activities. Thanks to global energy crisis, global warming due to excessive carbon emission and health problems which have attracted attention of millions towards natural resources and how they can be used at small level at home and at larger level in production units and offices.

There are a number of tasks at home that can be performed manually, without wasting energy. This will not only save energy but will also keep us engaged (and entertained) for some time thus helping us mentally and will also engage our body in physical activity which it badly needs today to stay healthy and fit.

There are so many ways in which we can implement the above concept, it will definitely help everyone of us over time after all physical activities can only insure physical health.

Physical health can be defined as an essential part of overall health of an individual, which include everything from physical fitness to overall wellness. Health can be defined as an state of complete well-being and physical health as an state of physical well-being in which an individual is mechanically fit to perform his daily activities and duties without any problem.

Physical health is a way to maintain our health and fitness with our activities or life-style like walking daily, jogging, running, bicycling, exercising, doing Yoga and feeding our body with right type of food and drinks. There are so many ways to maintain and retain physical health which also improve our overall health and thus improving our immunity system and reducing chances of illness, disease and injury. It also helps in faster and better recovery for a person under medication.
